We are not responsible for the actions of the third-party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or APPs they may offer. We collect, store and use your data in order to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, fun, and customized experience.
By playing the APP, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information that you agreed the application could provide to us through our Terms of APP—posted on the application portal you downloaded the app from. Your agreement takes place when you "accept" or "allow" (or similar terms) one of our applications. When you interact with the application, we may collect and store information from you directly as described below:
Data we collect
We collect information you provide to us which probably includes: your name, your nickname, gender, age, and location. We collect this information in a number of ways, including when you enter it while using our APP, interact with our Customer Service, or participate in surveys or marketing promotions.

4 device and software characteristics (such as type and configuration), connection information, statistics on page views, referring source (for example, referral URLs), IP address (which may tell us your general location).;
5 Images information on the App, including but not limited the head portrait/sculpture in your account.
We also obtain information from other sources. We protect this information according to the practices described in this Privacy Statement, plus any additional restrictions imposed by the source of the data. These sources vary over time, but could include:
1 APP providers that help us determine a location based on your IP address in order to customize our APP and for other uses consistent with this Privacy Policy;
2 select partners that make our APP available on their device or with which we offer co-branded APPs or engage in joint marketing activities;
3 online and offline data providers, from which we obtain online advertising related data.

1 To create the APP accounts and allow users to play our apps;

Other players and users
Social features are a core component of our products. Other players and users may, for example, see your profile data, in-APP activities and read the messages you have posted.
Third party APP providers
We provide your personal information to other companies, agents or contractors ("APP Providers") to perform APPs on our behalf or to assist us with the provision of APPs to you, based on our instructions and in compliance with the Policy. For example, we engage APP Providers to provide marketing, advertising, to personalize and optimize our APP, to provide customer service, to analyze and enhance data (including data about users' interactions with our APP), and to process and administer consumer surveys. In the course of providing such APPs, these APP Providers may have access to or processed your personal or other information.
Others
If we are required to disclose your personal information by law, court order or governmental authority, we may do so to the extent that is necessary for us to abide to our legal duties and obligations. In such case, you will be notified in a prompt manner.
We do not actively share personal information with third party advertisers for their direct marketing purposes unless you give us your consent. We may share (i) aggregated information (information about you and other users collectively, but not specifically identifiable to you); (ii) anonymous information; and (iii) certain technical information (including IP Addresses, MAC Addresses for mobile devices and mobile device IDs) to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the APP and on the websites of third parties.

If you find that we collect and use your personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations or the agreement of both parties, you can ask us to delete it. 3. California Residents’ Rights
